We asked our Fein and fabulous staff to pick their favorite product available at Fein Brothers, and tell us why it’s their top pick.  Here’s what they had to say:

Todd Minkin, Owner

“Anything that has to do with pizza.  Pizza is my favorite food, always has been!” But don’t ask what his number one pizza place is…he won’t pick a winner among our many outstanding pizza restaurant customers! Todd simply smiles and says, ”I never met a pizza I didn’t like.”

Melissa Zimdars, Accounts Payable

“I love to cook big soups and stews in giant stock pots just like this.  I like this product so much, when my 6 year old son was 6 months old, I had his portrait taken in a stock pot.  Next time you visit Fein Brothers, ask me and I’ll show you a really cute baby picture!”

Richard Sternard, Inside Sales

“Not all deep fryers are created equal.  You need to talk to the customer and find out what they will use the fryer for.  When you discover their needs, you can match the fryer to the customer.”  Fun fact according to Richard: 90% of restaurants have a fryer.

Ardell Williams Jr., Equipment Foreman

 Ardell has been rehabbing used equipment ar Fein Brothers for 49 years.  He learned his craft on the job.  Enough said.

“I couldn’t possibly choose just one, so here are some of my current favs.  A high absorbency microfiber towel.  A silicone oven mitt from Browne-Halco.  The Chefs Revival apron, jackets and pants.  An induction-ready fry pan.
